Founded in 2018, RSDI India was established with the vision of bridging the skill gap between rural talent and modern industry requirements. Since its inception, the institute has actively worked on major Government of India and State Government skill initiatives such as PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana), CMKVY (Chief Minister Kaushal Vikas Yojana), Kaushalya Karnataka, and other government-sponsored skill development projects.
RSDI India has successfully implemented training programs across Karnataka and Maharashtra, delivering industry-aligned, hands-on training to youth, women and aspiring entrepreneurs.
